Welcome to the website of the Policy Research Centre Mobility & Public Works, track Traffic Safety.
For the last 5 years, the former Policy Research Centre Traffic Safety successfully carried out policy relevant, scientific research. Over 100 research reports were written. These activities will be continued in the new Policy Research Centre Mobility & Public Works, track Traffic Safety 2007-2011. This new Policy Research Centre employs some 18 researchers who are co-affiliated to research groups of the partner institutes: Hasselt University (co-ordinator), the Provinciale Hogeschool Limburg, the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, the Flemish Institute for Technological Research and Ghent University.
